Laura is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and graduated from Boston University School of Medicine (Masters in Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine). She has extensive experience of working with clients with Anxiety disorders, Trauma/PTSD, Eating Disorders (including ARFID), Substance Abuse Disorders, Mood and Psychotic Disorders, Grief Counseling, LGBTQ+ populations, Intellectual Disability and Autism Spectrum disorders. She offers virtual appointment during in the early mornings, later evenings and weekends.

She works with all ages providing therapy to individuals, couples and families. Through evidenced-based therapeutic approaches, she hopes to support you so you can step into your personal power, agency and become the ruler of your own life.

She was born and raised in Puerto Rico and has been a resident of Boston, MA for almost a decade. She identifies as pansexual and has personal interests like long distance running, reading, astrology/astronomy and cooking.
