Ketamine Treatment

(Intramuscular and Lozenges)

Ketamine therapy is a treatment approach that uses low doses of ketamine, a dissociative anesthetic medication, to manage various mental health conditions, such as treatment-resistant depression, anxiety disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Ketamine is approved for use at high doses as an anesthetic in the operating room. Although not FDA-approved, lower dose “sub-anesthetic” ketamine injections are used “off-label” to treat depression, pain, and other mental health/substance use disorders.

Intramuscular Ketamine

Ketamine intramuscular (IM) shots are given to deliver Ketamine. These shots offer the same therapeutic benefits as infusions but are administered into the muscle tissue - typically a shot into the upper arm - making the process more convenient for our clients.

Ketamine Lozenges

Oral Ketamine was developed as a more convenient method of treating mental health conditions and can also be self-administered. Oral Ketamine is absorbed through the oral mucosa, which makes it difficult to predict how much Ketamine is absorbed into the bloodstream, thereby increasing the risk of adverse events and side effects.

Ketamine Treatment Costs and Customization

Our typical Ketamine treatment plan consists of six sessions over three weeks. This structured approach has been found to be effective in delivering sustainable relief. The intramuscular treatment is offered at a cost of $500 per session or $3000 for the full course. This comprehensive approach allows us to provide a more budget-friendly option compared to traditional Ketamine infusion treatments, which can run $600 to $1,000 or more per treatment.

Intramuscular Ketamine and Ketamine lozenges are not covered by any insurance plans.

We understand that each patient's needs are unique. As a result, we tailor our treatment plans to suit individual requirements, ensuring that you receive the most effective and personalized care.
